Recommended use

A measuring scoop is supplied with this product. Mix a scoop Whey Isolate (+ -30 grams) with at least 200 ml of water or milk. Complete your shake with carbohydrates Ultra Fine Oats to add. This is oatmeal that has been shredded and cooked and therefore dissolves perfectly with whey and water. A good ratio is 100gr ultrafine oats, 30gr whey isolate and 400-500ml of water. Add an amount of water that ensures that it is easy to drink for you, not too thick and not too thin. Extra tip: make sure there is water in the bottom of a shaker before you use it whey and add ultra fine oats. This prevents sticking to the bottom.
