My name is Olivier Richters, owner of Muscle Meat and Dutch Giant Nutrition. I am 7”2′ / 2.18m and was severely underweight. During my transformation to 340lbs/150kg (link Youtube), supplements have always been part of my diet. Because my body (link Instagram) has become my profession through Muscle Meat and my films (link IMDB), I only want the best of the best. This has prompted me to release my own supplement line so that I am now in control of my own suppliers, ingredients and formulas. No unnecessary fillers and misleading marketing information. All my supplements and nutrition are lab tested: what you see on the label is what you get!
Dutch Giant Post-Workout
Before releasing my own post-workout, I always mixed individual ingredients separately to let body have the best possible recovery after an intense training. I did this because the ingredients in other post-workouts were dosed much too low and therefore did not work for me. With my own Dutch Giant Post-Workout I have one formula with only proven, effective ingredients in high doses, so you get the best recovery for your muscles: Recover like a giant!
How the formula works
After an intense workout, where you have been working on muscle-depleting, it is important to get into a muscle-building phase as quickly as possible. This is done by the Dutch Giant Post-Workout in different ways.
Carbohydrates & Protein
First, there is the combination of carbohydrate and protein in the ratio of 4:1, which according to research gives the highest insulin response. A high insulin response after training is important to bring down cortisol, the muscle-breaking hormone that is built up during a workout. The combination of Vitargo was chosen, a very fast carbohydrate that will be immediately absorbed, together with a slightly slower carbohydrate as its successor: maltodextrin. DG Whey Isolate was chosen as the protein, the purest filtered form of whey we have.

HMB & Amino Acids
HMB, is made in our body from the amino acid leucine. Leucine is known as the amino acid for increasing strength, muscle and decreasing body fat. Leucine is also used to prevent muscle fatigue and soreness, leading researchers to previously believe it was also responsible for slowing the breakdown of muscle proteins. But research shows that this is actually due to HMB, which comes from leucine, which slows down this protein breakdown. The combination of benefits that extra leucine and extra HMB provide can make a difference to your workouts and body over time.

Creatine monohydrate provides strength during exercise during explosive strength training, recovery of the muscles during rest, stimulates muscle growth and also makes your muscles look fuller. Creatine is used up by your body during intense workouts. Reason enough to replenish this asap!

Suggested use
Take 2 scoops (75 grams) with 300 ml of water 30 minutes after training. Never take more than 2 scoops (75 grams) per day.
