My name is Olivier Richters, owner of Muscle Meat and Dutch Giant Nutrition. I am 7”2′ / 2.18m and was severely underweight. During my transformation to 340lbs/150kg (link Youtube), supplements have always been part of my diet. Because my body (link Instagram) has become my profession through Muscle Meat and my films (link IMDB), I only want the best of the best. This has prompted me to release my own supplement line so that I am now in control of my own suppliers, ingredients and formulas. No unnecessary fillers and misleading marketing information. Dutch Giant BCAA 4:1:1 powder
A protein consists of a chain of 21 amino acids. BCAA is a group of amino acids: Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine and are also called “essential”, because they can’t be made by our own body itself. It is therefore advisable to take them through supplements. Dutch Giant BCAA has a higher ratio of Leucine (4:1:1), due to its great importance for the general health of muscles. It can stimulate protein synthesis and reduce protein breakdown, especially of muscle protein after physical trauma, i.e. sports.
BCAA is therefore often drunk during training instead of only after. And because of the added Raspberry flavour, it’s a great experience too. Add BCAA Raspberry to your water and so you now not only drink becasue of thirst but also for the maintenance of your muscles!

Take 1 scoop (5 grams) with a minimum 150 ml of water during your training or between meals.
