Born prematurely, but already 10 cm taller (70 cm total) than an average baby, The Dutch Giant born. At the age of 14 I was 2.00 meters, already a head taller than my teachers. I reached 2.10 meters when I was 17 and finished at 2.18 meters (7'2") at 19 years old.

I was very insecure about my body, it was out of proportion. Weighing in at 80kg at 2,18m was just too skinny. The mirror made me sad. It felt like I was born with a curse. I wanted to break the curse by getting my height in proportion to my width. And so began my transformation of 8 years where I gained a total of 70 kg. It was a constant discipline of eating and exercising, I never stopped. And yes… I broke my curse. I have made a proportional number.

When building my physique, supplements have always been part of my diet. Since my body is my profession, I only want the best. This is what prompted me to create my own supplement line:”Dutch Giant Nutrition"!
